Dr. Ghousia Begum S

I took both our daughters, aged 6 and 4 to Dr. Begum. She was outside to welcome them with a smile, and offered to show them the plants, flowers around her clinic and settle them down with balloons. My elder one has anxiety, stress and panic attacks when it comes to visiting doctors, so she took a very long time to settle. But the doctor was extremely patient and made her feel at ease. The younger one was far more relaxed and took it like a pro. What I loved best about De Begum is that she, not even once, compared the behavior of the kids. Nothing like.. look at your sister, she's so brave etc,. Rather she used a lot of positive words, and affirmations for each child. In short, she spoke the language of the children. Also gave the parents sufficient background on the issue, talked through the entire procedure in detail and answered questions politely. A tad bit expensive but it was all worth it. My elder one has agreed to be brave when she visits her again next time coz she is a 'kind doctor'

First of all a big 'thank you' to Dr. Ghousia maam. I visited her for my son's root canal treatment. My son being a special child I was really afraid as to how he would cooperate for the treatment. But doctor was a god sent for our son and she made it very comfortable for him and performed the treatment. She has good experience in handling dental issues for special children. She was so polite and answered all our queries. We are completely satisfied with her service. I would blindly say her name if any kid had any dental issues. God bless you maam.

Doctor is very friendly and very experienced in handling kids. She completed the pulpectomy of my 4 year old son perfectly within an hour and also placed the cap on tooth. We as parents were so scared of performing that on our 4 year old son, but madam not only calmed down my son but also assured us and explained the whole process and our role to play in it. The way she involved me and my wife into the entire process to make my son comfortable is really worth mentioning. Thank you mam for completing such a complex task so easily and most importantly in such a short period of time. My son is relieved from pain.

Doctor she is very friendly , explains in detail about the problem root cause and how to go about the treatment.
