Garima is a Counselling Psychologist and a Mental Healthcare professional with a Master of Science (MS) focused in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. She has experience working with diverse client populations in one-on-one and group settings. She works with individuals aged 20 and above. She is skilled in Marital Relationship Counseling, Psychological Assessment, Stress and Anxiety Counseling, Depression Counseling, Queer Affirmative Counseling Practices, Training and workshops. She works with beliefs and uses an eclectic approach in her sessions using therapies including Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy.
