I visited Dr. Sumi Padmanabhan for post partum care. I had lower back pain and wanted to regain strength after delivery and breast feeding. She was amazing! She recommended a 15 day post partum package and a specific set of treatments to address problem areas. She also kept iterating the treatments based on its effectiveness. I went to Kottakkal and Dr. Sumi recommend panchkarma treatment to balance the Pitta dosha. *** *** **** ************** she explained to me what was wrong and how the treatment would help. Throughout the treatment she kept in touch with me and checked on me several times to ensure I was getting all the required guidance to make it through the panchkarma.
