Reached the Cura hospital on time at 6:30 was made to wait for half an hour in spite of having a confirmed booking at 6:30PM. Waited for half an hour to get a message stating the appointment has been cancelled.. and the staff said it was a mistake and I could see the doctor soon only to soon change their story soon after stating the doctor had already left.. quite a discouraging experience
