****** ** ***** We are in process of meeting the doctor from last 6 weeks regarding pregnancy treatment/check up. We normally come from electronic city phase 2 which is 21 kms far. However, for today's visit we took appointment at 11.20 am and is confirmed but we waited for 3 hours as we arrived hospital by 10.45am. We met doctor post 1pm. Which made us loose our patience. We didn't had breakfast in morning because we have to travel for 80 min in cab.

Next time please do not confirm doctor appointment with out proper doctor's visit timings. We are working professionals and time is very important for us. Be more professional and acknowledge properly. Front office or reception team are very un professional, no proper response from them especially one team member named Jyothi.

We are spending time and money trusting you, please be more attentive and professional. Thank you.
