So, I had a ligament tear in my left knee and I got operated in Dec 2017. Post one month, when I was asked to start my physiotherapy to regain the original strength, I searched for various doctors in Bangalore, had 2-3 visits at different physio clinics too, but some of them were too costly or couldn't deal with the ligament tear problem. In my hit and trial process of going to different doctors, one day, I consulted Dr. Vrushali and she easily grasped what I came for. As soon as she examined the condition of my leg, she told me to leave my entire progress on her and she assured me that I would start walking normally without limping in 5-6 weeks. By the way, when I came to her clinic for the first time, I used to walk with a stick always and limp because of the acute pain I had because of the surgery. However, in just one go, I was pretty satisfied with her diagnosis because she seemed quite experienced in such cases. Overall, I had some 11-12 sessions with her, starting from 2-3 sessions per week to gradually 1 per week/2 weeks as my rehab progressed. Talking about my progress in detail, I left my stick in the next 10 days from the start of rehab and my walk kept on getting better and within 1.5 months, I was able to walk normally without any limping or persistent pain. Even today, I am pretty much satisfied with the treatment I got because she herself planned the entire programme for me, be it the initial phase, the middle phase or the last least risk phase. The only problem you might find is getting an appointment with her because she has a lot of patients coming to her clinic, however, her experience is what accounts for her proper diagnosis *** ********* **********
Visited For Tendonitis PhysiotherapyTennis Elbow Physiotherapy

I was struggling with triceps tendonitis and tennis elbow issues for almost 4 months because of overuse injury (badminton and gym). I visited multiple physios and underwent IFT and Ultrasound sessions to no avail. There came a point where I was hardly able to lift a water bottle. I then reached out to Dr. Vrushali based on a friend's referral . She did the initial assessment and explained the issues in detail and course of treatment that we will take, including multiple muscle release and strengthening sessions. Though it took much longer to heal than expected due to some of the root causes of the pain being a chronic issue, I finally got rid of the pinching pain in my tendon and tennis elbow area and I am now happily able to lift weights in the gym again. Thanks to Dr. Vrushali, Dr. Ramya and the team to help me with the whole recovery process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vrushali to anyone in Bangalore who needs to undergo PT. Especially for ppl with chronic issues, it worth the long trip even if the place is too far from your home.
Visited For Knee Pain

I had visited Dr. Vrushali Raut for a recurring knee pain. I had initially visited an Orthopedic and a Physiotherapist in one of the bigger and reputed hospitals in Bangalore, who had diagnosed (post and XRay etc.) that my patella (knee cap) had gotten skewed and had slipped from its position, which resulted in abrasions in my cartilage. The ortho had said that "We will need to take an MRI to see the problem, and as the cartilage will not grow back by itself, we may have to operate and insert a fibrous cartilage in its place.. blah blah.., but if you wish, we can try with exercises for a month or so...". So the Physio there suggested some exercises and asked me to meet her directly after 6 weeks.

My mri reports says that i have cervical slip disc(c6-c7). This itself was like a big trauma for me mentally as i m still young, 32 years. I have consulted with 2 ortho doctors and 3 physios in mumbai but still my problem was not reducing, i use to have severe stiffnes in neck, tingling in index finger this was affecting my daily life chorus. Then i came to know about Dr Vrushali, i travelled from mumbai to Bangalore and visited her, she diagnosed my condition and found the root causes of these, she found that i have been generated triggers point in my neck which was causing this(scm trigger points) and told me that not all mri are accurate. She started treatment with manual realease around my neck region and given me the appropriate exercises to treat the stiffness, within 3 days i started feeling better. She and her team treated me so well that i am fine now, i had not felt any stiffness from last 1.5 months now.I strongly recommend Dr Vrushali for her treatment for any musculoskeletal pain.
