Clinic is overcrowded.. no place to wait with small child.. it's a token system, and when one patient is sent inside and is in discussion with doctor two more patients are simultaneously sent inside to save time.. so no one-to-one discussion.. doctor is over busy and assistants do most of the work.. i m not doubting ability of doctor but if one has to wait inside vehicle in hot sun for 2 hours for their turn would they want to consult again..?
