I met Dr. Vinay Singarajapura in desperate condition when my sugar level had shot up. This was a month back. I was testing at home and to my surprise even when my stomach was empty, my sugar level was always more than 250. Doctor heard me patiently and asked me to get FBS, PPBS and Hba1c reports from a lab. My FBS was 191 and PPBS was 422. I was put on kwath and some anti diabetic powders. He said I can continue my allopathic medications.

I have been facing health issues like heartburn, GERD, gastric problems, and constipation for the past 10 years.
