I recently visited Dr. Vikram Shetty with severe tooth pain and an X-ray. He patiently explained that I had a deep cavity in my molar which was causing the pain, and also pointed out that one of my wisdom teeth was highly inclined. This was leading to food getting stuck and further pressuring the molar.

He explained everything clearly and in detail, including:

1. Getting the problematic wisdom tooth extracted

2. Undergoing an RCT afterward

He also took the time to explain all risks, along with their probabilities, which really helped me feel confident in the treatment plan.

I trusted Dr. Vikram Shetty because of his excellent reviews—and he truly deserves every one of them.

My wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly. He had informed me about the rare (around 1%) chance of temporary or permanent sensation issues because my tooth was very close to the nerve, but thankfully I didn’t face any such problem.

Then my RCT began. Although RCTs usually take 3–4 sessions, mine required more because my canals were highly blocked. He put in tremendous effort, even spending more than 3+ hours in a single session, and he never gave up. Eventually, everything was completed perfectly.

Some things I genuinely appreciate about Dr. Vikram Shetty:

* Has a very friendly and approachable nature

* Respects the patient’s time — if your appointment is delayed even by 30 minutes, he informs you in advance.

Regarding pricing, I found it very reasonable. He took the full RCT amount during the first session, and I genuinely felt that even if it took double the number of sessions compared to a normal RCT, the cost would still remain the same. There was absolutely no rush from his side to finish quickly just because the payment was already made.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Vikram Shetty.

His clinic is in a slightly interior area—if it were on a prime main road, I’m sure he would be even more well-known.

I went to him with multiple deep dental cavities. He examined and suggested diagnoses. After consent, he filled all the cavities in 3-4 appointments. Two teeth had deep cavities. They were saved from going to RCT/extraction by timely filling.

Had a good experience with Dr. Shetty. Hardly any wait time, doctor gave a well rounded assessment and advice. The procedure was managed very well. Doctor stayed connected even after the procedure was completed for couple of days to check on recovery.

Dr Vikram and Dr Reema were very friendly to approach, they clearly the explained the issue (tooth decay) and then suggested and performed tooth filling instead of root canal as there was no pain even though the decay was close to the nerves.
