Dr. Vijayan (Physiotherapist)

After visiting to Dr Vijjayn I have seen more improvement in the few weeks I have taken therapy from him as he was very good in making comfortable patients in front of him.

In the first consultation, Dr.Vijjyan was able to review my movement patterns and assessed the likely cause of the pain and injury. By the second visit, he already had a comprehensive plan to getting me back fully to the normal life .His knowledge of muscles related injuries is extensive, which was a welcome change for my injury Most importantly there has been huge focus on correcting bad movement patterns that are likely causing the symptoms I am feeling.

The facility itself is very nice, and the scheduling is very accommodating. I'm pleased to report that the doctors here offered me excellent service and after few visits only i started feeling like fit and healthy. I greatly appreciate all their efforts in improving my wellness and would strongly recommend this team and office to anyone with chronic back or pain problems.

I had back pain from quite long time and i have never visited to any doctor for that. One day i thought i should consult with some specialist then I visited to Dr Vijjayan for this. As i reached late in his clinic because i was not able to search the hospital place even dr called me for that and guided me he was waiting for me there in the clinic. It was my casual visit to his clinic .During my consultation time i have explained him all my problem regarding back pan he has suggested me some sort of exercises and changes for my postures that i can apply in my daily life.

After that i didn't visit to his clinic because i was following the suggestion what he has given to me and feeling bit relaxed in my pain. There is no particular reason to not visiting to his clinic. It just a shortage of time so i am trying to following the exercise tips and other valuable suggestions what he has given to me. If in future it will be required i will visit to him. Over all my experience was fine there.I have not faced any kind of problem in the clinic. Clinic staff was also okay busy in doing to their work.

I had a chronic shoulder injury for which I visited a lot of physiotherapists over the course of almost 2 years . But My pain was not going away . Then one day I saw Dr Vijayan's profile on practo and went to see him. I explained him my problem and he patiently listened and then he examined me to determine the root cause of my problem . He is very knowledgeable,focused and detail oriented. He explained exactly what the problem with my shoulder was and also told the treatment plan he will follow to cure it . It's been 13 days and I already feel that 70% of my pain is reduced. I would definitely recommend Dr Vijayan to anyone who requires physical therapy. Guys do try visiting him at least once if you feel you are not getting good physiotherapy from your existing doctor I personally suffered a lot due to lack of expertise of my previous therapists .

Would not recommend him. I had booked his sessions for my Father who was having mobility issue. In beginning he said 45 to 1 hour sessions but then he was hardly taking it for 25-30 mins and sometime lesser than that. The issue is not the lack of time he was giving even with the fees asked for said duration of the session, but the arrogance with which he handled the query why he is not giving sufficient time as promised. If you question him on time or treatment all you will get is an angry reply from him. Would not recommend him especially for senior members of the family.

Extremely good. In first consultation he told me exactly what the issue was. Said clearly not to even think of x ray or anything medicines since it was a muscle catch. And then started physio treatment that day it self. Heat wave therapy and ultrasound therapy. He said 5 sessions would be required. But today I've finished 4 and already feel great.

Extremely reasonable as well.

And very adjusting to typical office timings. He is available till 10 at nights but if you call and let him know, he'll stay longer as well.

I think the timing of medicine prescribed wasn't good. We went in morning and he recommended muscle relaxant starting only by end of day. When we inquired from another doc next day, we came to know that relaxant should be taken immediately. Doc also gave a heat treatment which I feel wasn't that effective. Somehow, doc was quite confident on the heat therapy but I did not feel that improvement.

The doctor was happy to answer our questions which was good.

Excellent, Dr. Vijayan was able to identify the issue within 15 mins. We met other physiotherapists, all were suggesting to go for sessions, which we were not entirely convinced due to shortest of time and also due to reasons which they gave us but Dr. Vijayan suggested few exercises which worked wonders. Dr Vijayan is a kind doctor and he has all the modern tools to give physiotherapy. He listened to my issues and with his physiotherapy my pain has much reduced. He taught me to do some light exercises after the session to help me with my 'frozen shoulder'.

Doctor explained me the problem very thoroughly. I was not able to walk properly as I was suffering from severe pain. After going through the Ultra sonic and IFT only three sessions the pain gone and was able to walk properly. Doctor is very helpful and gives enough time to his patients.

Experience with Dr. Vijayan was very good. Twice we had issue and same was treated by Vijayan upto our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend him for any physiotherapy.
