I don't have ratings more than five star but otherwise believe me this doctor Dr Vijayalakshmi she deserved it is more than five star I never met such a kind lady or are a beautiful doctor she explained us so well so well that if i will not going to write good for her then it will be mean and she was very well for my wife and for all the patient's. I recommend whosoever want to go for the ultrasound in and around in JP Nagar then blindly go on the this clinic this is my fair recommendations.

Excellent doctor. Explains everything as she performs the scan.

Her support team has to improve in terms of managing the wait time. They don’t refer to Practo appointments while updating their diary with offline appointments and don’t update offline appointments in Practo resulting in unnecessary wait time . Of course one can understand emergency situations and is willing to support the doctor and her team. Other appointments can easily be managed.

More than awesome....Very helpful and great doctor.. staff is also nice.

I would like to leave a feedback on one of the Scan centers that I used today - "Sai Ultrasound Scan Centre". Note that I pulled up this information based on the reviews from Practo. I have used this center in the past as well. However the common observation is that about 2 hours of wait time every time I visit, which was still bearable with difficulties. Today it was extreme situation with about 3 1/2 hours of wait time. Important fact to note here is that the people are really unprofessional. Being a pregnant woman and having such a long wait times is a gross mis-mangement by the scan center. When this was brought to the doctor's attention, Rather than being apologetic she was rude and pointing to the fact wait time is an usual thing and as if the service was a charity. BTW the cost is higher than usual here which expects the service to be better as well. I would like to leave a thumbs down rating to this center and will ensure nobody in my circles visits this in future

I recommend Sai ultrasound and specially Dr Vijay Lakshmi. She is very patient calm and best radiologist.

Everything seems nice. but the only problem is no token system. have to wait very long time like 2hrs for ultrasound scan. This is the only issue I faced.
