My appointment lasted a total of 3 minutes followed by get diagnostics

Which tbh was fine, but was charged a registration and consultation fee which was just wrong.

Also when asked what’s the point if registration, I was told it’s non optional standard procedure, and the benefit is “you won’t be charged this fee next time sir”

Like really the benefit of a non optional one time fee is “won’t be charged again!”?

Good service, neat & clean hospital - took us back to our dubai days where doctors are punctual and attentive

He was quck enough to identify the problem an explained issue well. No big prescriptions. I am happy with his approach. Hope to get better with his advice.
