Let me say this upfront- *** ***** *** **** ************ ********** I was obsessed with the idea of nose piercing and despite having had a severe infection few months back when I got it done the first time, I was desperate for the second go at it. My colleague at work recommended Dr Veena so I went to meet her a month back. She heard me out patiently, explained the process of piercing with a gun shot as well as the requisite post piercing care. I was quite uptight but she made it very, very easy for me. I saw her again about a week after the piercing as I had developed an infection, yet again. She explained that I have metal allergy and prescribed pain killer and an antibiotic which worked immediately. She was available through the week for me to call her and provide a progress report to her. She would guide me on the precautions and care which I believe led me to the path of quick recovery. Dr Veena even helped me take the surgical stud out and install my own stud. While my peculiar metal allergy condition ensured that the process of installing a new stud was traumatic, she was relentlessly trying her best to minimize my pain. She is a 5/5 doctor for me, someone who made me strike off "wearing a nose stud" off my bucket list.Thank you doctor!

I had Consulted Dr. Veena for Ear discharge and irritation , it was dragonized that drum is completely damaged hence operation was needed.

I have undergone the operation sometime in 2016, this was carried out by Dr. Veena , and also I have consulted the doctor few times post operation. I had to stay in hospital for around 24-30 hours and back to normal life in few days.

I am very happy that i do not have ear discharge issue for the last 4 years , and also little bit of improvement in hearing .

I had to go to the doctors clinic since I had missed the appointment with her at Sagar Hospital due to some unavoidable circumstances. The doctor is **** *** friendly.*** *** *********** ********** ** *** **** *** ** * **** ******* ******We were not given any bill for the purchase of the medicines which we had to buy from her clinic only. *** *********** **** ******** ***** ** ****** ********* *** *** ***** *** ******* *** *** ***** The weakness is too much. Last time **** * *** **** ** ***** ******** the medicine that she had given me for tonsillitis made me fit within two days only. Though I'm a layman and have no medical expertise to comment on medicines, * **** ********* *** **** * ******* ************** ******* ******** ** ******** **** ******* ******* ******* ******* ***** *** *** *****

I am a twin mom and visited the clinic with appointment for ear piercing for my daughter with Dr.Veena at 6:30 pm today. When tried to call the clinic for direction to reach location Dr Veena returns my call to say that she is out of country and that another doctor will attend to us. I reach the clinic by 6:45 and figure that the other doctor is expected only at 7 but didn’t show up till 7:20. The substitute doctor stated that she doesn’t do ear piercing.

Waste of my time and money in the entire episode.

When doctor is not available why would the appointments on Practo be open?

When there is a appointment why was there no efforts made to reach out to inform on possible delays?

Basic check of what was the intent of appointment and fitment of doctor failed miserably.

Overall bad experience and would suggest nobody to visit this place or doctor as they lack basic understanding of expectations from patients side.

Dr has treated well and ask for other test everything has taken but in the test it come to know hearing problem is there but after test she didn't give any conclusion for improvement just advices not to listen louder that's it.... for this including test 800 charged

The appointment was confirmed and when i went to the clinic the receptionist told the doctor isnt available.

The appointment shouldn’t have been confirmed in such a case

A sick person visits the clinic and has to comeback after going all this way.

This behaviour is not at all professional

I had wait for about an hour even though I had booked my appointment. I had blockage in my ear and was told by the doctor that it was due to my cold, that I agree. However after completion of the medicines she gave me* ** **** ******** *** ***** ** ************ Had to show some other doctor. Not worth1000 bucks.

The doctor patiently listened to my concerns and with a quick diagnosis was able to identify the problem and suggested the ear wax removal as a measure.

She was very diligent with her approach and careful and kept warning me if there was a possibility of pain. Over all, really good experience with the doctor and I had relief within 6 hrs of visit without any medication.

Will definitely recommend with 5 stars!!

I am a sound engineer and singer, I went to her with some issues like dryness in the throat, slightly swollen salivary gland on left side n all. She is a very good doctor. I went to her twice and was fully satisfied by her checkup. Will definitely recommend her to all my acquaintances

My brother had got allergy issues since years, her treatment helped him to get rid of it.
