We had visited this doctor recently in Apollo hospitals Bangalore for my father he had skin rashes due to some medicine. The doctor was very impatient in listening to us. And did not even checked the previous medical history of the patient who was 60+ years old. And did not even got up from her seat to check him. Where I removed his shirt and showed it. From her seat she just lifted her neck and started writing admission note.
We really got scared and admitted him.
After 4 days of continuous followup we finally got discharged from the hospital where the doctor was not ready to discharge as she said anyways u have insurance why you worry.
When we went and checked with the insurance department, they said for this treatment there is no need of hospitalization we cannot claim. So we paid the bill 80,000 and came.
