I underwent l4–l5 spine surgery under Dr. Vamsi Krishna at Manipal Hospital and couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I received. The appointment was given for 6:15pm. The doctor didn’t arrive till 7:15 pm. I wqs called only by 8:15 pm. Waited for two hours. Would be great if they can at least message us and reschedule the appointment if they know that it’s a wait of 2 hours. The front office were not ready to o form us about rh delay or till what time we need wait.
