He is the first in India to perform catheter based ablation for Atrial Fibrillation in the year 1999 and has till now performed about 4500 ablations as primary operator for various arrhythmias including AVNRT , WPW and other accessory path, atrial and ventricular tachycardia (Ischemic & Non-Ischemic), Atrial Flutter and Pulmonary vein ablation for paroxysmal AF. He has been a regular invited faculty to various international cardiac electrophysiology and pacing conferences – Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society, Venice Heart Rhythm Society as also all the national cardiology conferences. He has authored 41 original articles in international peer reviewed journals, 34 abstracts in International Conferences and 4 chapters in text books.

We went for Regular Checkup but they treated the patient like an animal finally they have given the dead body... Finally the doctor said sorry, even though we are regular wit the checkups doctor not even focused on the particular patient and his condition..... ***** ********.. Three duty doctors **** *** **** ***** **** are in Training and they did the research on the patient... They waited till 5Lakshs Bill... After that they started the game in the film tagore.... ***** ********.PLEASE DON'T GO TO RAMAIAH HOSPITAL...!!!!!!!
After the severe heart attack on June 14 my husband treated by Dr. V.S Prakash and the angioplasty done immediately. Only one stent have been implemented but the bill was nearly 7 laks on 3rd day. Till now not given a single appointment with the doctor but always met his assistant Dr. Ramkumar. Overall not happy with the appointment procedure and the billing.
