She is too kind and friendly, easy to approach. She listens to us patiently unlike most of the doctors. We are very satisfied with the hair treatment that she's done so far, the results are very evident.

She makes sure to keep the patients at ease when they go through the little painful processes.

She also explains in detail about the month long process that she'll put the patient through. However silly our questions may be, she's there to explain with a warm smile on her face.

Very sweet by nature, which also helps in releasing your stress by talking to her. This happened in the month of March 2018. Right from booking an appointment, I've been telling them that I'm coming to undergo laser hair removal on upper lip for my wife. Upon reaching there the doctor said she can't do today as it'll take 30-45mins and she has to leave for the day(at 7pm) and asked to fix an appointment for the next day. I was charged unnecessarily Rs.400 just to hear the doctor say that she is leaving home. She prescribed a foaming face gel which we didn't ask for. We were clear that we wanted to take the procedure for laser hair removal and visited her. I refused to pay the consultation charges and I approached the hospital administrator and requested to speak to the doctor the situation but the doctor didn't give up and asked her to collect the fees and I paid Rs.400 for no reason. Please value people's money. I won't recommend the doctor to any of my friends nor family nor even suggest to the particular hospital. Please double check while booking an appointment with this doctor whether if she can accommodate your request or procedure and ask for the time involved and only then book an appointment.

Went to the Dr for my little one's skin infection. She prescribed some creams and after a few days, we thought of doing a follow up since the healing was slow. The consultation fee was only valid for 5 days and while we fixed the appointment, couldn't make it because of some unavoidable reasons so asked for a reschedule and also requested to not being charged for the consultation. We were asked to come down and on reaching the clinic, asked to pay again as the Dr refused to do the follow up without us paying the fee. Spoke to them and the Dr apparently agreed to see us but made sure that her displeasure was clear to us, made us wait and when we finally met her, *** ******* **** ***** pleasant tone changed into quite a rude one and instead of comforting us, told us that we should follow her treatment almost rushing us out as if we did a crime by not re-paying her fee. As parents, we will be concerned and we have all the right to ask. *** *** ** *** *** ** * **** ****** *** its very important that you treat others with respect. Will never visit again.

It was a pleasant experience with clinic environment and clinic staff, The doctor was very careful in explaining the root cause of the problem and gave plenty of medical tips to over the issue.

The treatment was pain-less, Initially i was bit worried about the laser treatment and its side effects, But doctor explained me & cleared all my doubts.

I will definitely suggest this treatment & refer this doctor to my friends
