I visited Sparsh Hospital based on Dr. Anindita’s recommendation, but I would never suggest this doctor to anyone *** *** ************* ** *** ******** *******
At my first appointment, I arrived ahead of time, yet the receptionist made me wait for 1.5 hours—an absolute shocker! Every 30 minutes, they would come up with excuses:
"Doctor is busy, he’ll be here soon."
"Doctor is stuck somewhere, just a little more time."
**** ****** *** ***** ** ** *********** ****** ** **** ***** ****** **** I took time out in the middle of my workday, only to realize that they were just waiting for more patients to pile up before the doctor arrived*************
When I finally got to see him, it was a 2-3 minute consultation where he barely ******** ** understand my issue and simply asked me to get tests and scans and visit again. *** ***** ** ******* *** ************** *** ******* ******* I went for the second visit, again ahead of time, with all the reports. *** ***** ***** The same cycle again!
30 minutes wait.
Then another 30 minutes wait.
And finally, they come back to say the doctor will take another 35-40 minutes!
**** ** ****** ************** *** *************. Patient time means nothing here. If you still plan to visit, take a full day off because you’ll just be sitting and waiting endlessly.
******* *********** ******** Sparsh Hospital needs to fix this or just stop taking appointments altogether.
