Dr. Tejas Bagur Mallikarjuna is the practising General and Family Physician at Family Healthcare and Awareness Centre located in Doddakallasandra, Bengaluru with an Experience of 18 months in managing patients with various illnesses including Fever, Cold, Cough, Sinusitis, Viral infections, Common Respiratory and Gastrointestinal and Urinary tract infections, Wound care apart from chronic conditions such as Sleeping disorders,Anxiety issues, Diabetes, Hypertension, Weight management, Joint and Musculoskeletal issues, Neurological issues, Chronic pain, Generalized weakness, Poor digestion, Bad breath, Allergies, Constipation, Couple wellness, Family wellness and any General health issues He gives more importance to the patient rather than just the disease, along with the Diet, Lifestyle and Atmosphere in which the patient lives which all have a bearing on the complete wellbeing rather than just the episodic care of a presenting complaint He considers spending a reasonable amount of time with the patients during consultations so as to understand the deeper cause and context of the illness which helps for better diagnosis and appropriate treatment rather than pure symptomatic remedial measures Dr Tejas completed his MBBS with a Gold medal in Pharmacology in 2018 from the reputed KIMS College, Bangalore. He has taken hands on training in Accidental Trauma and Emergency medicine He also has had exposure and keen interest in Yogic practices along with Yogic Diet and Lifestyle which he believes to be an add on and insuperable part in Individual Wellbeing in addition to standard prescriptions.
