the wait time was very long. that too I have booked the appointment at 5.15pm. But when I got my turn it was 6.45pm.. I came to check up for mymother (65+) a senior citizen. She has to wait so long just to get a normal eye checkup.

I agree its a Saturday and that many patients will come. in that case the clinic should reduce the number of appointments given or should already tell 15-20 mins before to the patient of how much time its going to take to get his/her turn.. Giving so many appointment and asking patients to wait for > 1 hr .. Also for senior citizens clinic should give preference also.

The doctor is excellent and highly experienced. We have been visiting him every year for our checkup. The appointment is always on time and the reception staff are also very prompt and friendly. The doctor explains very well. I recommend him strongly.

Had a bad experience with Dr. T R Ravi. We took a child for a thorough eye-checkup, and this doctor was recommended by acquaintances. This doctor is unfriendly, unsympathetic and extremely haughty. He responded to many of our questions with 'I cannot answer that, I cannot project, How can I know!?' When we asked about eye exercises, his reply was 'If exercises helped, I'd simply make and sell leaflets', OR "I'd make better profits selling carrots!' He was sarcastic with his replies. Most doctors smile and try to make kid-patients comfortable, not Dr. T R Ravi. His attendant too was impatient and would not be gentle while putting eye-drops. They all just wanted to generate a number and push us out. Eye-power number can be generated at any optical shop these days, and we had sought out Dr. Ravi for specialized, expert opinion.

We came off bitterly disappointed. Would strongly NOT recommend.

I went for a general eye sight prescription as my specticals were broken. He is very expensive. Before doing the investigation he did not infrom me about the price. While coming out the reception asked me to pay additional amout apart from consultation. I would appreciate if he would have told me upfront that i needed to pay for those investigations.

He is very obnoxious and doesnt listen to patients. I wouldnt visit him again.

I and my family visit him from ages for eye issues. He is the best doctor and has seen for my eye issues from my childhood. Today because of his right time care and support by god's grace for my dads eye he is able to see and we always thank him whole heartedly.I recommend to all my friends and relatives.Ravi sir is very friendly and best doctor.

After reading reviews, I wasn't agreeing to check with the doctor but due to one of my friend's recommendation I visited for check-up. Only issue is waiting time, but it's worth waiting to get best results. The doctor was very friendly and did a thorough analysis of every symptoms that I shared.

Hence I strongly recommend this doctor.

I and my family have been visiting Dr.Ravi since ages for all our eye related problems and have also referred to my friends who inturn visit the clinic for their issues too. Doctor is very friendly and gives us good advice and we are totally satisfied with the treatment given by him.

having no patient I still had to wait for doctor's tea break for 20-25mins( during visiting hours). between the check-up he was attending other phone calls. he was impolite and unsatisfactory explaination of the issue. ** ****** ** ** ********* ** ******* **** ***** ***** ***** *** ********* **********strongly not recommended.

I was suffering from dry eyes due to contact lens use. Doc was extremely patient with me and calmed me down when I was extremely anxious about the dryness not subsiding...he prescribed me omegared capsules and assured me that it would take some time and eventually get cured..and so it did...after 1 .5 months of being on the capsules..I notice a significant improvement in my dry eyes condition and am using the drops even lesser..Hats off to the doc..he is highly experienced and would recommend him anytime...
