She did her MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur, She completedher postgraduation from prestigious institute, Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences(KIMS ) Hubli, and did her DNB in pediatrics from the esteemed institute, ManipalHospital, Bangalore. She also did her post doctoral fellowship in pediatric infectiousdiseases from Manipal Hospital. She is a member of Indian Academy of pediatrics andIndian academy of pediatic infectious dissease society.
