Dr. Surbhi Chaturvedi

Dr. Surbhi Chaturvedi is a Consultant Neurologist with more than 5 years of experience. She completed her MD in Medicine in 2016 and DM in Neurology in 2019. She was the topper during her DM course and earned Gold medal while completing the course. After completion of her training, she worked in NIMHANS subsequent to which She did 1 year fellowship in Stroke from the World’s most prestigious Stroke Centre in Canada. She cleared Canadian Stroke Board Exam and was awarded FCSC – E (Fellow Canadian Stroke Consortium -Expert). During her fellowship she was the Sub-investigator of 8 randomized controlled trials had worked on 4 research projects. There she was working with high caliber neurointerventionists to treat a variety of acute stroke cases. Other than stroke She has expertise in managing Migraine and other types of headaches, Parkinson’s disease and other types of movement disorders, Vertigo/Dizziness, Neck pain, back pain, spondylosis, Epilepsy, Peripheral Neuropathy, Myasthenia Gravis, Demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, such as multiple sclerosis, Sleep disorders, Neuro infections, Spinal cord disorders, Speech, language and memory disorders. She excels in all the procedures pertinent to Neurology which includes digital and video EEG, BERA, NCV, EMG, VEP and transcranial doppler. Recently She has been awarded with internationally recognized post nominal - MRCPS(Glasgow) which is the post graduation diploma. She has authored in many National and International peer reviewed publications and has given lectures as key note speaker in international conferences.
