Dr. Sunil Havannavar

Dr Sunil Havannavar is very precise in his diagnosis. His treatment has helped my entire family through different ailments over the years. We trust him for everything.

He literally gave him a new life. I'm a pharmacist in the USA and have been in close contact on how he was being treated at Sagar hospitals where he was not only treated horrible but also had to experience life threatening conditions as a result of the treatment he recieved at Sagar (Sagar hospital hasn't followed any basic protocols related to his covid treatment)

Dr. Magesh Balakrishnan (Cardiologist) is my brother in laws life saver who insisted on joining him at Columbia Asia and after which my brother in law was truly saved by all their efforts. He guided us throughout and we are so grateful for all his efforts and guidance!

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Sunil Havannavar at Manipal Hospital.

Concerns were dismissed without any clear diagnosis or explanation. Basic questions were not addressed.

Because of this dismissive *** ******** ********* I will not be returning to this practice or recommending it to others.

We consulted him for my husband's dengue treatment. He was very quick in diagnosing the issue and very prompt to take the corrective action. His diagnosis and treatment was to the point, which shows that he is an experienced doctor.

At times I felt little intimidated and I think he can be little friendly/soft with his patients/families. I understand the fact that people do ask silly questions to doctors (even I did) but that's how it is, since we just want an assurance that our loved ones are in the safe hands.

Other than that he is an excellent doctor and I would recommend him.

I visited Dr Sunil for pain in my right arm and explained the background (not sure if he really listened to that). He gave me 2 medicines as follows:

Tab WYSOLONE 30mg 1-0-0 x 5 days (After food)

Tab ULTRACET 1-01

I clearly told him my B.P. was measured 161/96 during vitals checkups at the Hospital prior to Docotor visit and I generally have high B.P. 130/92-95.

He said, we will see B.P. problem later and let's now focus on your arm pain.

After starting WYSOLONE (30mg dose prescribed by Dr. Sunil) , second of dose I felt some swellling on my face, 3rd day it was even more swelled and I was feeling headrounds so went to see another general physician at different hospital, and my B.P. was measured 113/167.

I will never visit Dr Sunil again nor reccommend to anyone.

Doctor was in hurry. Did not pay enough attention in listening the problem and was not in a mood to share the treatment .He just made sure I understand the prescribed dosage. It was not a doctor patient relation but kind of forced work he was completing.

We have been consulting Dr.Sunil for over 10 years now for my mother's Diabetes and Blood Pressure management. He has been excellent in all ups and downs throughout these years. He has been very approachable and helpful. His warm and co-operation has always helped us during all the critical stages of illness for my family members. He is a great Doctor and a greater human being. I strongly recommend Dr.Sunil.

Visited Dr.Sunil Havannavar at Columbia-Asia Sarjapur Road. I felt he should have spent some time to listen to my medical condition and explain new treatment plan.

Doctor's expertise is really applaudable. ** ** **** **** ********* *** ***** ** **** ** friendly in nature. He will make sure you walk down from his chamber with a result if you have your reports with you. what else you need. Yes I had to wait for more than 45 minutes but I think that was worth. Always recommended.
