I had a fall resulting in left distal radius fracture which was fixed with a plate screw surgery following which I was not able to get proper hand therapy and ended up with a swollen dysfunctional hand and frozen shoulder. Dr Sukrit Debnath put me medication as well as hand therapy. My physiotherapist Dr Rubeena for the last three months has been working on my hand pushing me, guiding me and being patient with my inabilities. She has been excellent in her approach and her dedication.Right from Receptionist all the staff there seem to be smiling and cheerful which in itself makes one feel at ease and reassured. I am happy to say that they have made what seemed hard .. possible and I have regained full movement of my shoulder and wrist and we are getting there. I had been suffering with chronic computer-related RSI and came to Bangalore after many years of unsuccessful physiotherapy treatment in the UK. I was unable to use the computer and I had lost my job.

I decided to visit Sukrit at Optracare because of his specialisation in this type of injury. Sukrit knew exactly how to treat my injuries. He was confident and had a protocol. For most sessions, I came to him with a list of questions, and each time he answered them fully so that I could understand what was going on, putting me at ease. Consequently, I did exactly as he advised me to do and I got better. Every week my pain reduced. I was just amazed.

I found Sukrit to be an honest *** ************* *************** who pushed the boundaries. He never overcharged me or provided unnecessary treatment. I always felt well looked after and cared for. I always left the clinic happy that I was moving forwards.

I returned to the UK with almost no pain in my arms and able to use the computer again. Once back in the UK Sukrit carried on with my rehabilitation via WhatsApp Skype calls.

I would strongly recommend international patients to trust Sukrit with their RSI rehabilitation. Unlike some other Rehabilitation centers, he does not believe in charging International patients a different rate to the locals, thus making intensive physiotherapy treatment more affordable. He always acted with integrity and for that I am grateful as it gave me a greater sense of peace.

I came to Dr. Sukrith Debnath of OptraCare after having already had several sessions with another Physiotherapist to help me recover from an injury that was impeding my use of my right arm (I am right-handed and so, that was a huge problem for me). While my previous doctor had treated my symptoms to give me temporary relief, Dr. Debnath easily identified the root cause of the injury and started treating the cause and not just the symptoms. He is able to explain even to lay people exactly how an injury may be manifesting. While my previous doctor had run out of options and given up, Dr. Debnath still had a clear direction and treatment options that built on each other effectively. Dry needling was able to relieve me of pain as none of the prior superficial treatments had. If this is not enough he is very accommodating and able to put patients at ease from the get go. On occasions when I have had to set up appointments with other doctors at the clinic, I have found myself in good hands. The other doctors also follow a similar structured approach and are very easy to work with.
