I had lower back pain he told I have spondylitis and gave me medicine and asked me to do no excercise bend or walk too much . I took the medicine for 5 months *** *** ** *********** hence I reached another doctor he asked me to get the X-ray done and noticed I have muscle spasm. He gave me muscle relaxants and asked me exercise regularly I am fine and I have no pain
