Dr. Sujaya S N was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I took my 8-year-old daughter for a checkup, *** *** ****** ****** ********* *** *********** *********. I have visited her twice, *** **** *********** **** ******

The clinic infrastructure was very good, and Dr. Sujaya S N was very calm and cool. She explained my condition well, and the staff were courteous. Although I waited for half an hour, I was overall satisfied and felt the consultation was good value for money.

Dr. Yamuna was very polite and patient. She resolved my simple concern effectively. The clinic environment was pleasant, and there was no significant waiting time.

Dr. Sujaya is really very good. She listened to my problems and explain the things very patiently. She explained how will she carry the complete treatment. Also, she motivated me positively and cleared all my doubts about the hairloss. She also mentioned, if you are not getting these medicines, you can go for other brand with the similar compositions. And she told there's no need of unwanted follow ups, so you can revisit after 3 months, in case there's some issue, feel free to visit early. So, my overall experience is really awesome. You must try her if you also have hair loss problem.

While my experience with Dr. Sujata was great and I have no complaints, the wait time and overall management of appointments in the clinic was unacceptable because of which I stopped going to the clinic and had to find another doctor. Inspite of taking appointments, there is always a delay and a waiting time of minimum 45mins -1 hour. Every time I have visited I have seen disgruntled patients for this same reason. I also had a blood test done in the lab here which was supposed to be ready in 2 days. After continuous follow up, I got the report after 5-6 days. No value for time here and administration really needs to be improved.

I had the dermatitis issue from a very long time. Doctor explained the issue in detail and the doctor is very friendly. The medicines prescribed by ma’am helped to get my skin issue solved and bring it back to normal. At one point of time I was skeptical if my hands will ever be back to how it was before , I am truly grateful to ma’am for the treatment.

I was not very sure about allopathic hair fall treatment when I came to meet Dr Sujaya. I spoke to one friend who had already done hair treatment from this clinic. He had a visible good results. Visited Dr. Sujaya for my dermatitis problem and she was very explanatory about the diagnosis and treatments. From the outset it didn’t seem like I was going to be recommended to go for expensive treatments; very practical, empathetic and pragmatic approach.
