We found doctor on practo with good ratings. She is very friendly and very helpful. Does not force you to take any plans etc. She customize diets based on our need. My BP has reduced based on her recommended yoga and excercise.

Doctor was really good. I was recently diagnosisted with a CKD and she was able to point out what type of diet I should be following and tips ans tricks into managing my very strict diet which usally follows with CKD. She was super helpfull and even made a full detailed PDF document which I should be following along with videos which will help with exercise and wellbeing. 100 percent will recommend to anyone who is seeking her consultation

Dr Suguna is the much-needed dietitian we were looking for my mother. My mother has CKD and she lives alone in India and I live in the UK. At the end of 2020 I delivered a baby girl and almost the same time mum renal parameters were going out of control. Our nephrologist was also concerned that my mother would need dialysis soon. We were very worried that who will look after her if she has to undergo dialysis regularly. We were very confused about her diets like what to eat and what to avoid, how much is ok, what foods are causing her high potassium levels and creatinine levels.

When we hunted for an online CKD dietitien, we found Practo and Dr Suguna with the best ratings. We approached her and my mum started sessions with her online. We opted for customised holistic Nutrition and Wellness planner.

My mother understands only Kannada. Dr. Suguna was very friendly with my mother, encouraged her, guided her on how sticking to the planner would benefit her health. While coaching Dr. Suguna also identified what are the foods my mother is taking are harming her and suggested a variety of alternatives that my mother never tried. It was not just food, she also encouraged my mum to practise breathing techniques, light walking, listening to chants and gave hope and positivity. It is worth working with her. Despite having pandemic, at the borderline of dialysis my mother could balance her health and vitality with Dr Suguna's coaching. Early 2021 my mother's creatine was fluctuating between 5.1 to 5.9. June 2021 report says it is 4.1. It is an absolute transformation. Our nephrologist was surprised by the result. Her potassium parameter is still above the normal range. and she still takes iron improvement injection for 2 months once. Amidst all these, my mother had covid in the month of June 2021. Thankfully symptoms were mild and got well in 2 days. However, so far she sounds healthy and lively and no dialysis.

This is one of those feedback , which are worth writing again.. I would recommend Dr Suguna consultation predominantly for following reasons:-

1. Very polite and friendly attitude

2. Significant proven positive change can be seen after following her’s suggested diet plan

3. Prompt response to any and every query

4. Accessible even after one time consultation for any quick suggestion and assistance

5. NOT against allopathy treatment . And won’t push to take her suggested medication/diet and discard any kind of ongoing treatment. Definitely cut down on existing diet which may be causing harm.

We consulted Dr. Suguna for my father who has lost 20 kgs due to CKD in the last 2 years. Dr. Suguna is most easy to interact with and inspires a lot of confidence given her vast experience. She helps patients follow a diet in a way that doesn't make them feel restrictive about foods which makes the process more effective. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Suguna came in contact through my sister as a miracle in my life. Her way of making her patients feel very comfortable and positive is commendable. She listens to her patients very patiently and gives a detailed explanation about how and what all things to follow. She also gives so many options to enhance food taste and many tried and tested recipes in her detailed notes. My creatinine was 6.4 and within 20 days it has come down to 5. Dr. Suguna gave a very detailed explanation of the diet that has to be followed and she reasoned out why an item has to be added or removed from the diet. Further, she was very patient in her approach, and answered all my queries without rushing. Apart from diet, she also suggested some pranayams and exercises that could help calm the mind and reduce belly fat.
