Dr. Stephen Antony saw me much later than my scheduled appointment and spent less than a minute with me, while giving longer consultations to others who arrived after me. My appointment felt rushed and I was asked to pay the full fee despite the brief visit.

In August 2023 Dr Stephen Antony did a tympanoplasty on my left ear and a so-called eardrum augmentation on my right ear. He claimed that the operation was a success. However, during the post op visit I told him that I could not hear at all in my left ear. He said that the bones in the left ear (ossicles) were damaged. Doctor dint even spend 1 min for consultation on first day and prescribed steroids* ***** *** *** ******** *** ** ******** When I went to him for follow up, he asked me to stop that tablet immediately. I dont know how other people have given good feedback about him. ** ***** ******** *********

And the receptionist spoke very rudely with me ... she asked me to pay for consultation even when I went for follow up

I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. He did not pay full attention to my health issue. He just took a minute to check my throat and recommend a medicine. He left the room abruptly. Had to spend Rupees 400 for the medicine which did not help me with my cold and cough. Consultation fee was a waste since the time he gave was way to less to even explain what I was going through. He recommended a medicine even without checking about my health background. The hospital also seems to be having an extremely negative reputation .

my appointment was confirmed through practo but the Dr was not available. when the receptionist called the Dr , the Dr. said to come on Monday which is after 3 days . if he can't be available then why did it even show slot available in practo. it doesn't value the time of the patient where we have to come long way and wait for the Dr. who did not even turn up.

Doctor Stephen Anthony is really friendly and understanding. Given enough time to explain our issues and suggested the **** medicines. *** ** *** **** ******* **** ***** *********
