I was not happy with Dr. Srinivas Rao V K because he did not explain things clearly and seemed careless about me. He only answered my questions when I insisted and became annoyed when I asked more. Overall, my experience with the doctor was disappointing.
I was very upset with the experience. I was frustrated about not being able to attend the consultation for my two-year-old child due to scheduling and communication issues. The situation was very bad. I gave a zero-star rating.
