Advance appointment suggestion after 6 months was given, but in the month the doctor himself was unavailable (throughout the month the doctor was unavailable) post that month tried to book through Practo, got confirmed later rescheduled automatically . When I reached exactly on time, came to know there is construction happening in the area so chaos everywhere and no parking, had to park in no parking and be ready with fine.
