My father had an ulcer on his tongue and was unable to eat properly because of it for about 2 months. Dr. Srinivas promptly diagnosed it as speckled leukoplakia with dysplasia (high chance of developing into oral cancer, confirmed by biopsy report) which needed immediate removal/biopsy. Dr. Srinivas explained everything to us empathetically about the condition, treatment and recovery process. His proactive approach and helpfull demeanour has overwhelmed us.
