He was referred by one of the renowned doctor when we approached he arrogantly asked who gave us his number and shouted at us for calling him. We called him around 6.30 PM in the evening and we pleaded with him stating it was an emergency for a patient who is a senior citizen. It definitely was not expected from the doctor of his stature especially at a time when the patient family is in agony.
