It was a day of celebration in my office, we were celebrating birthday of one of my friend and a colleague in the pantry. After all the boring cake cutting and song by the girls and sharing cake we decided to give birthday bumbs, without the birthday celebration of boys team wont be complete( hope this is how all the boys celebrate there buddies birthday).

To my bad luck while giving my part of birthday bumbs to my friend, my waist got cramped and I was not able to make in movements. I immediately applied Volini spray and went home to rest. Dr. Sreenivas.V.Naik was practicing in Chord road hospital which is very near to my residence. Upon checking my condition doctor quickly analysed that it was just a small cramp, nothing to worry much about it and prescribed me a injection to get from the staff nurse. He also added few medicines in the prescription. Believe it I was out of pain in just a day and started to ride my bike also.

However consultation fee of rupees four hundred will be bit more for the middle class people. But a worth treatment for the amount paid.
