I am very happy with Practo. It has made my medical requirements easy and convenient. My consultation with Dr. Sowmya was quite good. She was attentive and friendly though the treatment didn't succeed in resolving the issues. My son had allergic severity. The doctor was not sure enough with the cause and she suggested multiple blood tests for diagnosis. I spent nearly 5 K for this. But nothing really helped in recovery. Then I opted homeopathy treatment which literally helped. So as of my opinion, the doctor is really good but her treatment option was expensive yet not compatible for my son.

Doctor was very patient in explaining the issues, we have taken my daughter from her birth to Dr.Soumya only and we were always been satisfied with the treatment.

She was very calm and tried to understand the problem by cross questioning to check the root cause, she explained about what could be the problem and prescribed medicines for sneezing and cold she has suggested few blood test, hoping to find the solution for my problem in my next visit.

I am being treated for allergies by Dr. Sowmya and it's been almost two months now. She has suggested me for three more sessions, to trace the medical response for further investigation. I am still not clarified with the exact cause but the treatment seems to be progressive. She have suggested me for couple of tests in the last two sessions for which I think, only a few reports were helpful in that. Avoiding the other tests would have saved some time and bucks. Usually at Manipal, the consultation will take longer time since numerous patients will be queued before. But anyways, it won't cross more than an hour if slot is reserved in advance.
