The dentist was explaining everything that was being done. She explained to make the patient feel comfortable. The capping was done by taking the patient's feeling of the high points. This made the crown fit better in its place. A very professional approach to the process.

Dr. Smruthi J has good patience and experience. She consults with other doctors before making decisions, which I found impressive. The clinic was good in all aspects, and I’m satisfied with the value for my consultation. I would recommend her to others.

I had my OPG done. She explained very clearly what is OPG, how I should stand, .... And, then explained the XRay showing on the system and clarified all my doubts about my teeth, bone connection from mouth to ear, ***** **** ***** ***** *** **********

Doctor was friendliness, my daughter who was scared before going to clinic. However, she handled it properly.

Dr. Smruthi is very energetic, caring, attentive and I feel is very hard working. She doesn't seem to take chances when it comes to the treatment plan. She noticed that that my tooth needed a filling and wasn't sure if it needed a root canal until she actually dug the area out to see how far deep the cavity was. She did clean it up and observe that I had a very slight bit of pain while she was cleaning up the cavity for filling. So she insisted that I get temporary filling for 4 weeks to see how it worked without any discomfort. But unfortunately during the next few days the temporary filling chipped and I started getting good getting stuck and pain. I had to go multiple times to fix the chipped temporary filling but still was not completely free from food getting stuck. Finally she asked me to come back and get a permanent filling done which she did a wonderful job of construction of a retaining wall and permenente filling. This fixed my problem for good. No pain no gain . I am happy that the filling is standing still without the need for root canal and a crown if the filling would break. I feel I could have avoided multiple visits but I don't know. I am not a doctor.

Dr Smruthi was very good on the final attempt to fix it right and I am happy on the outcome. The whole ordeal was about a month.
