I would like to start with I agree with last comment there's actually two ladies who sit in reception one is frankly very rude when I come first time I felt that too now I just deal with second one 😋whenever I have done my treatment in the past,I have seen Dr. to be around n keep checking on there patients now n then thus giving some confidence in there patients if right treatment is happening.Staff are very helpful n patient however I feel they need some help as well as other day I felt like I waited for 10 mins at my session was going to ask to increase the vibration speed as person who was doing mine was engaged with another person, frankly two ppl ain't enough with 8-10 beds thus can add to more wait time.Last please open 7 days, for working class they would love to get physio done on sat. n Sunday as that's what they get most of the time but on sat. clinic closes at 12 n when we work at night shift would have to miss two days of session.I am still getting treatment from him n have high hopes I can run n play with my kid again after my ankle is fully healed up.

Whatever I say that will be less for the doctor and the workforce working here. All of them are very helpful and decent enough to make you comfortable in any way possible. The doctor himself is a person who is ground to earth and he gives you a proper attention and time all by himself. I had a major left clavicle midshaft nonunion fracture which happened in Jan 2017. I was asked by the orthopedic doctor to start the physio by April and I started by April last. After a long and a very satisfactory result from the physio, I'm all good to go across the globe and do all the adventure whatever I want to do in my life. I have gained 90% flexibility and workability of my left hand which had almost nothing while I was there on clavicle brace and sling for long 3 months. I would highly recommend anyone who has any issues with his movements. Just one suggestion, have patience and keep the faith in the doctor. Till the time you are pitch perfect, he would not recommend you anything. I'm greatly thankful and my regards to the awesome workforce who gives you all the help needed during your treatment. Special thanks to the team who is there except the doctors, seamless appointment, payment, time management experience and they are pretty well behaved.
