It was good experience, I had eye infection, doctor checked my eye properly and suggested proper medication. After 2 to 3 days of first visit, i felt some thing irregular because of infection is there in cornea , i immediately called doctor, she responded and asked me to visit. She again checked and suggested one more medication and did follow up check up again after 3 days. Every time i visited, doctor puts her best effort when examining. She's polite, calm and has best doctors quality is listening to patient.

Regarding appointment with Practo, Doctor acknowledges the practo patient as per their booking. There were four appointments as per the records when I reached but since I booked for appointment at 6:30pm, she ensured to give priority to advanced booking through Practo rather than walk-in consultation.

I have taken my dad for consultation for his eye. The doctor is very patient and has given very apt advice. My father was worried if it was anything serious, she checked everything and shared her observations that its not serious. My dad is very happy. Also, she did not charge anything for this consultation, she said she was running a senior citizen camp this week. Till now in my life, I have not seen a doctor so dedicated to serve patients. I will her all the best!

Visited doctor for Conjunctivitis cyst in my left eye. She explained the issue in detail and made me feel comfortable to clarity.i am very apprehensive patient. There was a small procedure to remove the cyst which she did painless. Definitely recommend Dr. Shubha N .
