I had taken an appointment with Dr. Subashree at 5:30pm. I was even called in the morning to confirm the same. I arrived on time and waited for 1 hour for the doctor. I was tended to by her assistant who did the initial check up and put drops to dialate my pupils. At 6:30pm, the doctor called to say that she will be late due to traffic. She was already 1 hour late.
