I visited Dr. Shruti at Rejoice Physiotherapy for severe neck pain and radiating pain in my left arm. She accurately diagnosed it as Trapezius inflammation and started a treatment plan involving IFT, Ultrasound, and Cervical Traction. My pain improved significantly (VAS scale went down to 2), and she guided me through a great posture correction and strengthening protocol. Her advice on ergonomics and home exercises has been very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with nerve or muscle issues

Highly experienced Doctor with friendly behaviour.

Very friendly and approachable doctor and staff. I went to her for neckpain aand I was in a depressed state since the pain wasn't coming down and I had very few days left for my stage performances and was worried about my situation. But the way she handled me was just amazing. She said I can happily practice without worrying much about the movement of my neck, which was completely opposite to the previous doctors treatment which was the very cause to my stress.

The treatment started to show results within 5 days. Very experienced, professional and compassionate doctor and also friendly staff members. The total environment is positive and patient friendly.

Well the experience has been cordial and receptive right from walking into the clinic interacting with the clinic. All the patients present and that we entering the practice were greeted with their name and how their respective pains they were experiencing. Everyone knew everyone. Warm and comfortable feel I did experience with the atmosphere.

The doctor was approachable, keen to listen and prod with the appropriate probing questions when I said my piece. Her demeanor was to resolve my issue with the trapezius and rhomboid catch I encountered the morning I had been working out. My usual physio had been unavailable and had to find an alternate to subdue the seething pain, I'm glad I did. With the right nudges and tugging to my right arm, in a couple of minutes there was a dramatic reduction in the pain and significant mobility was restored. She mentioned at length the reasons and how to avoid the issue along with few exercise movements. Also pointed that only an additional session may be required if the pain resurfaces. My experience with other xyz centres is to take a plan for 10 to 15 days. So definitely she is considerate and empathetic with pocket friendly treatment. I'd definitely get back to her for any other physio related concerns.

At the close of day as promised, she messaged on the anti inflammatory medication that would subside any remaining ruminating pain.

I went to Dr. Shruti after years of trying out different physiotherapists and visiting almost every orthopedic doctor in Kolkata. I traveled all the way to Bangalore because a friend insisted she could help me with my chronic pain. Right from the start, she and her staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. All of them constantly asked me about my problem areas and made sure I wasn't accidentally hurting myself while trying to do the exercises.
