Although we ended up not opting for epidural. But doctor was very professional and soft spoken did all the effort in reassuring and calming my wife down who was deep into labor pains. The doctor also explained wonderfully the procedure and what was best for the patient at the given time.

She is extremely sweet and polite and explains the next procedure so that we are well prepared during delivery !
