My appointment for lithotripsy was for 7.30 am on Wednesday 15 Aug at Whitefield Manipal. I waited form 7.15 am till 9.30 am - the doctor was called twice in this period to check on next steps.. I was told to go and wait in OPD - OPD madam concerned came only 8.30 am.
The technician who came at 9.45 am to do the procedure was absolutely rude and brash; he threatened me in public and spoke only in kannada - he said if u r waiting for 2.5 hours its not matter of life and death.. the staff is rude, abusive with a patient undergoing treatment.
I have had a bad experience - Is there no value for a patients time?
The doctor was very patient and addressed all my concerns. His explanations were very clear, and the clinic environment and staff were good. The wait time was minimal, and I felt the consultation was good value for money.

I am leaving this feedback after two weeks of my father kidney stones removal surgery for both side (RIRS & URSL). Dr Shrinivas RP explained very clearly about the surgery like before and after surgery situation. By his words we got confidence to go with surgery for both side at a time. He is really done good job. Hope the Dj stent removal also will be done without any issue. Thank you!
