Dr. Shrinidhi I S has a holistic approach, explains the diagnosis well, and is prudent with medicine and treatment. The clinic environment was good.

Dr. Shrinidhi I S was very proficient and patiently answered all my questions. He explained the problem clearly and was polite yet straightforward in his responses.

I visited for neck pain which I was facing from past 1 week, I am doing a desk job for past 10 years. I visited a doctor in kauvery hospital and wasn’t happy with the diagnosis. So I visited Dr. Shrinidhi after reading all the good reviews and considering he is the spine specialist. He is very patient and listens to your concerns, he is thorough and detailed with his questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He explained the issue so well and made sure I understood the condition I have and explained the future implications. I am happy with his accurate diagnosis and he suggested few measures to avoid degeneration. He was not in a rush at all.

I had swelling in my both knees for about 2 to 3 months. I had no clue why it came up without any injury. I waited for it to subside, But it did subside by itself and again it came back. I visited a differnt doctor before meeting Srinidhi but it didnt help. Then after reading practo reviews I came to this doctor. He asked me to take some blood tests and after reviewing the tests he said I have this swelling in my knee due to high uric acid and also may be due to RA factor. He suggested me to take uric acid medicine for some days and the swelling reduced but still it didnt go fully. So then again he gave medicine for RA factor. later it went off. I was in a doubt still i have the issue but doctor said I have recovered already. And now I am completely already without any diet restrictions that I had to do during the treatment.

The doctor is friendlly, approachable, explains the issue. However, he's quite sketchy when it comes to payment charges. A regular POP cast procedure charge was Rs 6000 at Apollo, HSR. The doctor was first in the procedure room with me and then stepped out for the nurse to tell me the steep procedure charge of Rs 6000 for a regular below the knee POP cast. My husband was asked to wait outside the procedure room while the nurse instructed my husband to go make the payment of Rs 6000. The doctor only came back in once the nurse called him on the landline to tell him that we have agreed to make the payment. The doctor is good with his treatment advice but I would appreciate it if things were a lot more fair when it comes to patients' hard earned money. Rs 6000 was a huge blow for us especially when we enquired with other hospitals and doctors regarding the charges (2500-3000 at the max).

My overall experience was excellent, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The doctor was very attentive, asking about my issues and the injury I sustained. They clearly explained what I needed to do and what I should avoid throughout the recovery process. The clinic staff and facilities were good, contributing to a positive visit. The waiting time was also reasonable, only around five to ten minutes. I would definitely recommend this doctor to my family and friends based on this positive experience. My visit was due to a knee injury.

Doctor was very friendly in diagnosing and explaining the issue. To prescribe right way of medication, I really appreciate and happy that he suggested x-ray which ruled out the concern of fracture.

He goes above an beyond to get to the root cause of the ailment and provides constructive diagnosis to eliminate the actual issue that is causing discomfort. He pays additional attention to details we provide which helps in quick relief. Would strongly recommend visiting him for any orthopaedic issues.
