Dr Shreha Parhak, is whom I have met for my son's ear ache. Happy n satisfied.

Front office lady is one of the of a kind( alien) .I have never ever met such rude unprofessional person.She does not know how to behave with patients.I have read earlier about this lady n similar comments had been made about her , still wonder how the management is overlooking such comments.They deal with cash even after the swipe machine was operational.

Don't recommend the hospital ic u can overlook the lady at the reception.

Dr Shreya gives enough time to patients on understanding the symptoms & diagnoses well. She then explains it in a simple language to consumers & Suggests the treatment. I have found her to be not recommending unnecessary medicines or test. Her treatment has helped both me & my wife get out of otherwise prolonged ENT issues very fast.

Awesome results. very professional, polite, positive and down to Earth, makes you feel at home, very friendly and knowledgeable. The treatment given was quick and very efficient. Nicely explained the cause of my issue and tips to avoid it in future.Thank you Dr. Pathak. :)

Visited for Blocked nose problem.

Dr Shreha took all inputs (frequency,probable cause, duration) then did few tests and explained in detail the problem also preventive measures to avoid the same going forward.She also suggested Do's and Don'ts to prevent it from coming again.

Doc was kind enough to visit the clinic on Sunday evening and give treatment. She is extremely committed to her profession n treating the patients. Listen to your problems very patiently, explains the treatment. Not hesitant to consult other senior doc to make sure the treatment is correct (positive trait). So she makes sure your problems are addressed completely. Would strongly recommend her for any ENT problems.

She inquired about my symptoms and made sure she got everything I said and gave good advice on what had to be done rather than prescribe a heavy batch of medicines .

She told me to not take antibiotics yet because the viral infection diagnosed was still benign.

****** ****** **** ************* *** treated the patient in a kind and courteous way unlike what you expect from most doctors who are irritable or condescending.

Doctor listened patiently about the current problem and medical history, she asked lot of questions to diagnose properly. She did not prescribe any needless tests, only minimal medicine and lifestyle changes were prescribed along with explanation for each. Wasn't in a hurry to move onto the next patient. Would recommend to anyone with a sore throat or sinus problem.

Dr. Shreha was very attentive during the check up and seemed concerned about my continual coughing. Even after she recommended me to a specialist she kept checking in on me until my cough went away completely. On another note her smile and warmth can brighten up anyone's day :-)

Doctor Shreya is incredible. She patiently heard me out , explained me the cause and charted out the plan for recovery. All that very clearly!

She doesnt necessarily throw medicine at you. Will understand everything in detail and recommends a plan. Positive, detail orientated and ridiculously patient.
