I had visited the clinic for itchiness on my face and warts. I had a very disappointing experience with the staff and the doctor. There is no proper process of taking appointments, they issue tokens on first come basis. waiting time is never ending . No clear procedure when you walk in to see the doctor, Receptionist will ask you to wait for hours and they will not inform the doctor. Receptionist knows only Kannada, cannot communicate in any other language even English\/Hindi. Doctor has a system generated prescription* ***** ** ** ***** *** ************ He takes time to write the prescription thru the system in searching the names of the medicines. Very unfriendly experience with the doctor and the staff. Doctor is not ready to talk or to listen to your issue. very unpleasant experience will not recommend
