I had a follow-up visit for cholesterol management. Dr. Shivaram HR took his time to patiently review my reports before and after medication and recommended further treatment.

I have consulted Dr. Shivaram for health issue, he has always been patient and gave enough time to listen to the issue and suggest necessary medications. He has made himself available at anytime to clarify and resolve the queries and concerns even during his busy schedules. He is a very kind, empathetic *** ************* ****** *** a wonderful human. He puts me at ease and makes me smile which is a great medicine itself. Although, I am still being treated, I am sure I can recover soon as the Doctor always encourages me to get better and push myself forward. He has saved my life and will forever be indebted to him. Dr.Shivaram was very professional, On-time and helpful. Even as I was skeptical about tele consultation, the doctor's approach infused confidence. He asked detailed questions to completely understand the issue and then made accurate diagnosis. We consulted for pain on the right side of the Chest for my 72 year old father. Doctor very patiently heard us and recommended tests and prescribed medicines which brought relief the very next day. My heartfelt thank you for consulting even on a weekend during this terrible pandemic time.

This was my first visit. Had read all the 47 reviews on PRACTO and not a single adverse review was the deciding factor to visit him. Before seeing the reports he asked what all medicines I am taking for different ailments. After that he went through all the different readings and explained in detail what to do and what not. He answered all my queries patiently and prescribed medication for high cholesterol and asked me to come back after 3 months. What I liked the most is his patient listening and clarifying all the doubts. Have seen so called Specialists only taking cursory looks at the reports and also getting irritated if we come out with queries. Have found a very good General Physician and I recommend him wholeheartedly

exremely casual approach. The appointment was booked for 9:15 and at 9:13 i get a message from him that i will have to wait for 20 mins. I send him all the issues in the meantime along with the details of the medicines I was prescribed by the practitioner i consulted a day before. He cam online just told his diagnosis and said he will send a prescription and disconnected!

I wanted to tell him the fever situation (which i forgot to send as texts before he came on call) but wasn't even able to call back.

I then texted that as well to him. The medicines he gave did not work and i had to suffer through the extreme throat pain throughout the night. Visited the doctor for annual health checkup consultation and he explained the concerned issue well and suggested to do new blood check up for few indicators to see if the previous report were inaccurate and said after the report comes I can contact him and he would suggest medication if needed but the Staff did not connect me to the doctor after receiving the blood report despite calling twice and avoided me saying thier are other patients waiting. Kind of rude and impolite behaviour from the Staff even after speaking kindly and waiting patiently for the response.

I had seen him on 28th Dec suspecting Covid and he provided me all the necessary information and comfort needed. Since than he had been keeping a close eye on my medical condition and have advised medication as necessary on timely basis. Sometimes he has taken my calls even as late as 11pm in the night also. Dr. Shivaram gives enough time in listening to the patient’s problems completely and then very calmly explains the issue, reason behind and also suggests the medication accordingly.

All our interaction with Dr. Shivaram was only online via Practo and for us it was no different than visiting the clinic experience. I have only seen him being so calm all the time and any time of the day you call. It’s generally not the case with every doctor.

We have been consulting Dr Sivaram from past 5 years for any sort of medical treatment. ** ** ********* ************* * friendly and patient in explaining the medical conditions. More than anything he boost the confidence and every time we come out after consultation we come out fear and worries free.

Recent time he treated our entire family for Covid who are in a different location, he was very approachable , supportive and helped us coming out of the situation. He is very detail oriented , one of the reports he was suspecting it’s wrong and asked to redo the test and he was right about the earlier report.
