The medical center's staff kept switching the A/C on-off making even healthy people feel sick. The doctor was late. For a 5:30 appointment the doctor came at 6. I wasn't informed he would be late.
Furthermore, the fee on Practo is mentioned as ₹550, however I was charged ₹600 at the center.

The initial appointment was rescheduled, then the doctor did not show up at all. The receptionist tried calling the doctor but couldn't get through. very unprofessional behaviour.

The doctor was very hurried and did not explain the treatment in detail and the exercise to remedy the situation. I did not completely understand the diagnosis and I wish he had been more patient with me. Whole consultation closed in 5 mins
