My experience with Dr. Shilpa Singi was not good. The doctor did not explain things properly and I was not given any proper advice. I would rate the consultation 2 out of 5.
Visited For Stomach pain and stomach upset
The reception was not helpful and he kept was waiting after we came he mentioned that first is my consultation, ***** *** * ***** ************
The doctor was not friendly. She took only 10mins which was not sufficient at all to understand and she didn’t even followed any common steps which every doctor follows neither she used any stethoscope to check up. *** ******* ************* *** **** I asked what happened to me why my stomach is painful she mentioned I’m having viral arthritis and didn’t explained about it properly. ******* ********* ** ** ********* ***** ********* ****** ** ****** ** * *** ******** ****** *** *** ************* At least there should be a good rapport between the doctor & patient to understand and build trust.
I did not feel that Dr. Shilpa Singi spent any time with me during the visit, so I would not recommend her. On the other hand, Dr. Nihal Reddy explained everything very well, and I was satisfied with the consultation. The wait time was short, about 4 minutes, and I felt the consultation was good value for money.
I visited Kauvery Hospital with my mother for a normal checkup with Dr. Shilpa Singi. I liked how friendly and understanding she was, and how she guided us towards better health through lifestyle changes rather than just pills. I would definitely recommend her.

I strictly do not recommended Dr. Shilpa Singi. I have informed to all my friends and family and neighbor not to consult for her services [@Apollo clinic Kundalahalli]. First of, she is very arrogant and won't listen to patient. *** ********** ***** ***** ** ******** ******* ********** *** ******* ** **** ******* ***** ******** **** ********** ***** ****** *** ******* ** ********** **** *** **** *** ********** ******** ** *** ******* *** ******** **** ******* *** *** *** *** **** *** ***** Moreover, she started shouting and falsely claiming that we are giving her threat. How can that be because entire Apollo clinic staff was there, no one said anything to us. Above all, Apollo clinic manager took the complain and was quite silent and sorry when he heard our story. *** ********* *** **** ***** ** ******** ***** ******* *********** When we asked, "Why she didn't prescribed ante acids?" Her reaction was to deny the service to the patient which is against the practices. * ****** **** *** ***** ******** ******* *** ******* * *** ******** **** **** **** ***** ** ** ****** ** ***** ***** *** ******** I hope no one else should go through what we have gone through at the time of need. Utterly, upsetting and unpleasant experience.
She can be the one-stop solution for all your skin problems. She explains the situation and future possibilities clearly, and I felt she was genuinely focused on care rather than just selling medicines.
