The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. Although there was some waiting time with other patients being seen first, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this doctor to others. I would rate my experience a five out of five.

In addition to medication, also advises patient on dietary and lifestyle changes.

Above all, Apollo clinic manager took the complain and was quite silent and sorry when he heard our story. *** ********* *** **** ***** ** ******** ***** ******* *********** When we asked, "Why she didn't prescribed ante acids?" Her reaction was to deny the service to the patient which is against the practices. * ****** **** *** ***** ******** ******* *** ******* * *** ******** **** **** **** ***** ** ** ****** ** ***** ***** *** ******** I hope no one else should go through what we have gone through at the time of need. Utterly, upsetting and unpleasant experience.

The doctor was not friendly. She took only 10mins which was not sufficient at all to understand and she didn’t even followed any common steps which every doctor follows neither she used any stethoscope to check up. *** ******* ************* *** **** I asked what happened to me why my stomach is painful she mentioned I’m having viral arthritis and didn’t explained about it properly. ******* ********* ** ** ********* ***** ********* ****** ** ****** ** * *** ******** ****** *** *** ************* At least there should be a good rapport between the doctor & patient to understand and build trust.

She gives enough time to each patient in not only understanding problem and symptoms but also to understand "The Patient", his/her psychology, concerns.This goes a long way in establishing a Doctor- Patient bond. Also she does not believe in prescribing unnecessary and lots of medicines, tests etc. Believes in a very targeted minimalist medicines approach which avoids all side effects.

My wife has been suffering from stomach problems for over 20 years. We consulted dozens of very senior Gastro specialists in Delhi and Bangalore without any success. But Dr Shilpa was able to diagnose problem (after almost an hour long talk with my wife) and prescribed only one medicine which has worked so well like a miracle.
