First, we had to wait for 55 mins to get into the room. Planned appointment was at 6:30 pm but were asked to postpone time to 6:50.pm mentioning reason as doctor is coming late. We were 5 mins early and then wait starts. When we asked the waittime, seems 2 more patients are before us. Not sure why it had to be planned that way. Once, we got i to room... no eye contact, no reaponse to greetings. Once i was prepares for scanning process, doc started looking for document taking out time from phone. ***** ** ******** ********** *** ******** All the estimates were given based on LMP while i qas mentioning growth and due date were changed based on gestational age. No response for that. He started checking the head portion of baby A and spent more than 5 mins around there. When my husband asked what he is looking for, immediate response was why do you want to know? Do you understand scanning process? Thats the first of kind response we got. Why does it have to be that way? Then in another 15 mins, scanning for both babies is complete. Says he can not take all measurements because babies are big and readings cannot br taken. ***** ** *** **** ************* ****** *** ******** ******* ******* *** *** ****** ******* ** **** ***** ******** *** ***** ********** **** ** ******* ***** ** **** ** *** ******* ******* ********* ******** **** **** ****** ***** **** **** ** *** ** ******* It was embarrasing, uncomfortable, very little / no information unless asked. In between the scannings, taking phone calls and checking msgs. Doesnt seem professional at all. Very bad experience overall
