The most professional and excellent place for physiotherapy. I was having disc bulge in L5S1. It was so severe that it can't be expressed in words. I was not able to sit an hour and stand as well. I was really worried about my injury and consulted to different doctors (orthopedic and neurologist). They gave me lots of medicine for a month and said to take IFT then I decided to meet Dr.Shelza Gupta. she revealed the problem without seeing my MRI. The Dr.shelza provided ** ********* treatment on particular place where I had pain and never suggested me to take pills. To treat a disease and to treat a patient both are different . I got good improvement after taking few sessions of IFT + US. She identified the root cause as weak muscle and suggested core strengthening exercises. After 3 months of strengthening class 3 days in a week my back is perfectly fine now. I must say, doctor shelza has a very friendly and optimistic approach. She gives a lot of valuable advice and guidance on improving your lifestyle concentrating on physical aspects and never suggests any unwanted tests.

I highly recommend the doctor and the place for any physio related issues.

Doctor understands the problem and provides most appropriate treatment. She motivates kids to attend the sessions and maintain fitness. She also keeps a check on overall fitness other than the specific problem. She devotes her time in attending the patient. Overall, she's a good physiotherapist.

"I had pain in my left shoulder and it was uncomfortable to drive a vehicle. Immediately after 4-5 sittings with Dr Shelza Gupta, I went on long drive Thanks to her. After treatment I had no pain at all throughout the journey. Now my shoulder is absolutely normal.

Visited for shoulder pain treatment for my wife and therapist suggested to undergo ultrasound treatment for 10 days. Even after 10 days of treatment the pain was not reduced. Therapist didn't take the responsibility to cure the patient problem.

Waste of time and money.

I have shoulder pain that has been getting worse. Dr Shelza did trigger point therapy , ultrasound and shoulder mobilizations for me. At first I was skeptical about whether the treatments would really help, but realised towards the end of ten sessions that the range of motion in my arm had returned considerably. Also, the ultrasound really helped with short term pain relief. Frozen shoulder takes time to heal, but I feel the physiotherapy has shortened recovery time quite a bit. Dr Shelza is a very thoughtful, patient and competent physiotherapist and I recommend her to everyone.
