We booked our appointment for 12PM. We reached there by 11:55 but the doctor was not there. We waited for 15 minutes but this old lady was not contactable. The receptionist couldn't understand our language. You should have someone at the reception who knows multiple languages. And if you have opened your clinic, you should be present at the appointment time. No one should go here and throw away your time.
